This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take appropriate action by registering an FIR on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 15.07.2020 in C.S.R.No.254 of 2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint received from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.254 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enquiry, the same was closed on 20.07.2020 itself. Therefore, no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent. 3.Recording the said submission, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
