The matter has been listed for reporting compliance particularly about deposit of Rs.1/- crore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he had received the order copy only recently.

3. It is made clear the said deposit should be done on or before 15.03.2024. No further extension of time will be given. Sureties should be executed and similarly the deposit should be made.

4. List the matter again on 18.03.2024 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
