ORDER

Alleging that the order passed in W.P.No.20250 of 2009 dated 03.02.2010 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied

with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Revenue Tahsildar, Kallakurichi, Villupuram District, in Na.Ka.No.A4/12334/2009 dated 21.04.2010, to that effect.

3.Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed.
