ORDER

When the first respondent herein had passed the impugned order dated 07.04.2016, by denying to count the services rendered by the petitioner in Kendriya Vidyalaya, for the period between 01.09.1983 to 22.11.1994, for the purpose of calculating the qualifying service for pension, the petitioner herein had given a reply on 16.09.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if the first respondent is called upon to dispose of the petitioner's representation, within the stipulated time, he would be satisfied.

3. In the light of the submission made and without going into the merits and other grounds raised in the Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent, to consider the petitioner's reply dated 16.09.2016, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance 2/4

with law, within a period six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
