Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ, or order, or direction in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 29.07.2021 forwarded by the petitioner, in right perspective keeping in view the decision of Government to take up the lands for the benefit of Adi Dravidar Community to which the petitioner also belongs to the same community and take steps to allot the lands or to pay compensation to the petitioner and also forbearing the respondents, or their agents, officials or anyone on behalf of respondents from interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of lands of 69 cents in S.No.148/7 and 62 cents in S.No.148/9 Chembarambakkam Village, Tiruvallur District, either by evicting petitioners by force or in any other manner.
