The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that after filing of the present writ petition, the writ petitioner was issued with an order of dismissal in proceedings dated 23.12.2013. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, MP. 1 of 2013 is closed.
