This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 in Crl.O.P.No.9367 of 2023 on 04.05.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Krishnagiri. All other conditions remain unaltered.
