3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.10.2017, wherein and whereby he sought for granting Patta in his favour.
4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that his request was not considered by the respondents so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the fourth respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
