Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 5 to give protection to the petitioner from the illegal activities of the 6th to 11th respondents.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for police protection from the hands of respondents 6 to 11 herein with regard to the property dispute.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of records, it is seen the the petitioner has already gave representations to the respondents 1 to 4 herein to take action against the respondents 6 to 11, which is of the year 2017. Now, two years have been lapsed. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the concerned jurisdictional police on fresh cause of action. On receipt of the same, the concerned police official is directed to conduct enquiry by giving due opportunity to petitioner and the respondents 6 to 11 herein and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
