2. The present application has been filed in an Un-numbered Original Petition, by which an Award passed by the Sole Arbitrator dated 25.05.2023 had been put to challenge.

3. The affidavit filed in support of the application indicates that, after the original petition had been filed, the parties had arrived at a settlement and the execution proceedings initiated by the respondent/decree holder had also been closed by orders of the Executing Court on 24.11.2025, recording full satisfaction as endorsed by the decree holder.

4. In view of the settlement that had been arrived at between the parties, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the original petition and also seeks return of the Court fee. Since the lis between the parties has been settled between themselves, the applicant is also permitted to withdraw the un-numbered Original Petition as being settled out of Court. As a sequel, Registry is directed to refund the Court fee as applicable.

5. In fine, the application in A.No.2527 of 2026 is ordered and the Unnumbered Original Petition in Arb O.P.DR.No.111097 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
