CRIME NO.234 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extent the time granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem in Crl.O.P.No.11932 of 2021 dated 12/07/2021 and pass such further or other order as this Honourable Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SAKKARAPANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 12.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
