ORDER

Challenging the impugned notice dated 21.05.2024 issued by the fifth respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.In view of the interim order dated 29.05.2024 passed by this Court, the electricity connection provided to the petitioner has not been disconnected. However, the petitioner submitted a detailed representation dated 30.05.2024 to rectify the usage of the building and also to pay taxes as commercial use for the building.

3.In view of the above, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 30.05.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
