(Made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.) The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to produce the body of his elder daughter Nandhini, aged about 17 years, before this Court and to hand over her custody to him.

2. Today, the detenue and her parents are present before this Court. The detenue is willing to go with her parents.
