Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus forbearing the respondents from any way interfering with the petitioners functioning as president of Z.A.117, Naalil Ondru Primary Agriculture Cooperative Credit Society Limited, Thiruvarur District.

3. From a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that the present writ petition is filed based on mere apprehension, as though the first respondent is going to initiate proceedings for bringing "No Confidence Motion", in the absence of any such proceedings issued against the petitioner so far. This writ petition is premature and hence, cannot be entertained in the absence of any proceedings issued by the first respondent. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, however by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter before appropriate forum in the manner known to law, as and when cause of action arises, when the petitioner intends to do so. No costs.
