Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to revise and refix the petitioners scale of pay on par with other "C" category supervisors working in the 3rd respondent sugar mill, enabling the petitioner to receive the scale of pay and allowance as that of the holders of other "C" grade employees with effect from 31.5.94.
