representation dated 05.08.2015 within a stipulated period and file a report before this Court and appoint the petitioner as any suitable job on the basis of seniority registered in the Employment Office, Erode.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The petitioner claims that he belongs to Scheduled Caste category and registered his name in the District Employment Exchange, Erode and he was called upon to renew his employment registration and it was renewed on 06.04.2015 with the same registration number. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that so far, no employment opportunity has been provided to him in the form of Call Letter and he has also alleged certain irregularities with regard to the assignment of the registration number and in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 05.08.2015 to the respondents and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.
Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the 4th respondent has addressed a letter to the 5th respondent, stating among other things, the contents of the representation submitted by the petitioner do not disclose any specific offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and therefore, the Directorate has not caused any enquiry into the contents of the said representation.
Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 3 and 5 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
