O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the first respondent to consider the representation dated 09.04.2025 whereby the petitioner seeks that he could be accommodated in any one of the three schools which had mentioned in the said representation.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner was appointed as a Post Graduate Assistant (Zoology) on 05.10.1988 and was promoted to the post of Head Master. After serving in several schools, he was posted to Government Higher Secondary School, Pulikkarai, Dharmapuri. Subsequently, he was transferred under the 'Samagra Shiksha Scheme' by the second respondent on 10.01.2023. However, the said Scheme has since been abolished by the respondents. Consequently, the petitioner seeks to be taken back or absorbed into the parent Department and to be posted as Head Master in any one of the three schools mentioned in his representation.

3.A direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and forward his recommendation to the first respondent. The first respondent shall thereafter pass appropriate final orders. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
