ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein passed in Na.Ka.No.2655/E2/2017 dated 27.04.2017, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent herein to grant sanction for my appointment with effect from 02.08.2010 to 06.07.2014 with all monetary and service benefits.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents available on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent - College submitted that after the passing of impugned order dated 27.04.2017, (wherein the proposal of the petitioner was returned seeking certain clarifications) the 3rd respondent has again furnished a proposal on 24.10.2017 to the 1st respondent and a copy of the same is also submitted to the learned Additional Government Pleader.

4.Considering the fact that fresh proposal dated 24.10.2017 has been submitted by 3rd respondent-college to the respondents 1 and 2 and a copy of the same has also been furnished to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court hereby directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
