Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents considering Petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2018 to register the Petitioner's sale deed pertains to the Petitioner property in accordance with the procedure established by the Indian Registration Act.

O R D E R

When it is pointed out by the Learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the Respondents that after filing the Writ Petition, the Second Respondent has issued a letter dated 16.08.2018 to the Petitioner informing that in view of the pendency of civil suit in O.S. No. 726 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Puducherry, the document of the Petitioner could not be registered without the permission of that Court as per Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1882, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make necessary application before that Court for that purpose and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
