Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of 15 days to execute the sureties and comply with the condition imposd on petitioners as per the order of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.72 of 2021 dated 27/04/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MOHAN RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 27.04.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favorably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and execute the sureties.
