This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to correct the mother tongue in the Transfer Certificate of the Petitioner son Deepesh.J as Telugu instead of Tamil as per the representations dated 10.05.2024 and 16.05.2024.

2.The Petitioner states that her son Deepesh.J has been issued a certificate stating his mother tongue is Tamil whereas it is actually Telugu. In order to correct the said error, she has given representations dated 10.05.2024 and 16.05.2024. The same are pending consideration and hence, this Writ Petition. 3.I cannot issue a positive Mandamus, since it involves investigation into question of facts. It is best done by the first respondent. Therefore, a direction is given to the Respondents to enquire on the representations of the Petitioner 2/4

dated 10.05.2024 and 16.05.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
