This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 04.03.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.72 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3156 of 2023 in Crime No.16 of 2022 on the file of the respondent, and to relax the condition that the petitioner appear on the first working day of every month before the respondent police till the receipt of summons from the learned Special Court under the TNPID Act, 1997, Chennai, imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 17.08.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3156 of 2023 in Crime No.16 of 2022 in C.C.No.07 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court under the TNPID Act, 1997, Chennai.

2. Heard the counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to modify 2/5

condition No. 7 imposed in the order dated 17.08.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3156 of 2023 in Crime No.16 of 2022 in C.C.No.07 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court under the TNPID Act, 1997, Chennai, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station at 10:30 a.m. once in a month. It is made clear that, except for the said modification, the order dated 17.08.2023 shall remain unaltered in all other respects.
