ORDER

A Memo has been filed by the Official Liquidator dated 30.10.2025, wherein the Official Liquidator has stated that draft of the e-auction sale application is under process of verifying three particulars in the office of Official Liquidator viz. (1) Lot 2 (ii) Title documents status and (iii) Objection letter received from M/s.International Breweries Holdings Inc. (Canadian Company) on the letter head of M/s.International Breweries Private Limited, New Delhi. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vga 2.The Official Liquidator further stated that e-auction sale application will be filed by him after verification of the said three issues, which are under process. The Official Liquidator further stated that the applicant has neither participated in the sale initiated by them in the previous three attempts nor shown any interest in remitting the EMD as directed by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2025. The inspection of the respective properties will be scheduled as and when the Official Liquidator brought the property for sale in accordance with law.

3. Since the Official Liquidator is conducting for e-auction, in the event of eauction is being conducted, the applicant is entitled to take part in the same. In view of the above Memo filed by the learned Official Liquidator, this application stands dismissed.
