O R D E R

Petition to modify certain portion of the bail order passed by the learned learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2015 dated 4.2.2015 in Crime No.25 of 2015.

2. Totally, there are five property offence cases, in which, the petitioner is complying the bail condition. Four cases were registered by D2-Annasalai Police Station, Chennai and one case was registered by D3, Ice House Police Station, Chennai. The reporting time, in the facts and circumstances, causes hardship to the petitioner.

3. In the circumstances, the condition imposed by the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2015 dated 4.2.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall appear before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks.

4. The Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above modification.
