Crl.M.P.No.7176 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7491 of 2023 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7491 of 2023 on 05.04.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he would appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur instead of appearing before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram District as per the order in Crl.O.P.No.7491 of 2023.

3. I am convinced with the reasons stated in Paragraph 7 of the accompanying affidavit. The condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vanur everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.
