Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order bearing Ref.No.H.Z.I.C.C. No.46/2011 dated 10.03.2011 issued by the second respondent read with the order bearing Ref.No. Nil dated 10.10.2011 issued by the second respondent Committee and quash the same in so far as it cancelled the allotment of shops to the members of the Petitioner Association and consequently direct the respondents to allot the petitioner's members shops in the hawking complex in Zone-2 (New Zone No.5) so as to enable their livelihood.

ORDER
