ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the second respondent dated 19.12.2019, making allegations of encroachment by the petitioner Sangam and seeking cancellation of Gift Deed dated 22.08.2005 in document No.3091/2005 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Anna Nagar pending before the first respondent in proceedings No.15678/A2/2019 dated 29.01.2020.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
