(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.O.P.No.12015 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020 that to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 am until further order.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
