Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Po.Thu. Na.Ka.No.P3/36623/2019 dated 24.12.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the
petitioner's salary for the post of Jointer on par with his juniors Tvl. Samivel and Jagan and pay arrears of salary from 01.06.2010 to 30.06.2010 and other arrears of pay of salary from 01.08.2010 to 16.09.2011 and disburse the recovered amount of Rs.60,004/- with interest.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
