Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to grant permission to the petitioners to construct the culvert as per their No Objection Certificate issued on 18.02.2014 by making necessary alteration to the invert level of the culvert in front of the petitioner's development to reach the petitioner's property from the main road.
