This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint by the petitioner dated 25.06.2020.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint by the 1st Respondent, considering the allegations made in the Crime, the complaint has been transferred to the file of R1 Mambalam Police Station, (Cyber Crime), T.Nagar, Chennai, for further enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the R1 Mambalam Police Station, (Cyber Crime), T.Nagar, Chennai, for further cause of action.
