ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this civil revision petition is arising out of the interim order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in HMOP No.461 of 2023. He further submitts that, now, the original petition in HMOP No.461 of 2023 itself was disposed of and hence, the prayer sought for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
