This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 23.05.2022.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Though the present writ petition is of the year 2022, the petitioner has not taken any steps to prosecute the case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending.
