Crl.OP.No.3296 of 2015 P.N.PRAKASH, J At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is posted today under the caption for being mentioned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought has to my notice an error in paragraph 3 of the order dated 24.04.2015, wherein it has been inadvertently stated as Corporation Bank, Villupuram, Kallakurichi Branch, instead of Corporation Bank, Melur Branch, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District.

3. Therefore paragraph 3 of the order dated 24.04.2015 shall read as follows :

"3.It is alleged by the petitioner that he has availed loan from the Corporation Bank, Melur Branch, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District, for purchasing harvester and since he had defaulted in payment, the harvester was seized by the Bank. Thereafter according to the petitioner, he had made full payment, but the Bank is not returning the harvester. It is seen that a letter dated 15.11.2014 was sent by the Corporation Bank to one K.Karupaiah, Director, Gifts Consultancy India Pvt. Ltd., to return the harvester to the petitioner in running condition".
