The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to re-admit the petitioner's brother's son Kannan as an Inpatient and to provide complete treatment including counseling in order to get away from the shock.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, upon instructions stated that the petitioner's brother's son Kannan has been admitted in the Coimbatore Government Medical College Hospital, Coimbatore and has been given treatment.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also verified the same and accepted the said fact.

5. As the prayer sought for in the writ petition is already satisfied, recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
