ORDER

This petition has been filed to exempt the second petitioner from surrendering before the lower court in pursuant to the judgment passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore by its judgment in C.A.No.442 of 2018 dated 25.06.2020 and confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track at Magisterial Level-I, Coimbatore, by its judgment dated 11.09.2018 made in C.C.No.339 of 2016.

2. This Court, by order dated 22.12.2020, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6204 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.878 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, there is no necessity for exemption to surrender the petitioner before the Lower Court. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
