This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the online applications submitted by the petitioner on 07.05.2024 and 20.02.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issue of separate patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 20.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the 2/4
date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, they will be put on notice before passing final orders. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
