F2/453/13 dated 27.2.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondent 1 and 2 to make a detailed survey of the petitioner land in Survey No.192/1 in Thiruvakulam Village as per Sale Deed dated 4.12.2003 (Doc. No.3500/2003 SRO Chidambaram) and to identify and mark the land covered by the said Document and give a report based on the petitioner petition dated 12.9.2012 give to the 1st respondent.

Seeking issuance of patta for her land in Survey No.192/1 in ThirukulamVillage, Chidambaram Taluk, the petitioner made a representation to measure the said property and then take appropriate action in this regard. However, the request made by the petitioner was rejected on the ground that the respondents 3 & 4 allegedly encroached on the property mentioned by the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to give the copy of the report submitted by the second respondent, to the petitioner, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.9.2012. 3.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case and based on the averments made in the affidavit, the first respondent is directed to give a copy of the report submitted by the second respondent, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.9.2012, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no opinion is expressed by this Court on the merits of the case or the claim of the petitioner. No costs.
