ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.01.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for removal of the existing pole and to shift the electric lines, which are running over the property belonging to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third and fourth respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 20.01.2025 and take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
