The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of IPC, in Crime No.60 of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, 1/4

seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the husband of A6 and has absolutely no connection with the alleged occurrence.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are totally eight accused in this case and that the petitioner, though being the husband of A6, has neither been arrayed as an accused nor cited as a witness in the case.

4. In view of the above submissions and considering the materials available on record, this Court finds that no further orders are required in this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 21.04.2026 cda 2/4
