O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.174 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29138 of 2019 dated 08.01.2020, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.174 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29138 of 2019 dated 08.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., starting from 01.11.2020 until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
