Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration by declaring para 24(a) & (b) at page 16 of the prospectus for MBBS/BDS admissions for the year 2018-19 in the Tamil Nadu Government Medical/Dental Colleges and Government seats in Selffinancing Medical/Dental Colleges affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University and Rajah Muthiah Medical/Dental College affiliated to Annamalai University is illegal, discriminatory and violating Article 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India, so for it relates to petitioner's daughter M/s.Supreetha S(Application No.134413) in the quota allotted and earmarked for children of Ex-Servicemen.

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to declare the conditions stipulated in the prospectus for the MBBS/BDS admissions for the academic year 2018-19 is illegal and discriminatory. The admissions for the academic year 2018-19 was over long before and more so, the

prospectus are issued during every academic year.

2. That being so, the cause arouse during the relevant point of time for filing of the Writ Petition does not exist as of now. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
