Petitioner seeks relaxation of bail condition imposed in C.M.P.No.206 of 2015 dated 22.01.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Attur, Salem District.
2.The petitioner is being prosecuted in this case. He has been granted bail. He has also been directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate for thirty days giving him to days holidays. So far, he has completed 17 days. The petitioner is 60 years old. He is aging and ailing. The imposition of conditions may not be a measure of punishment.
3. In the facts and circumstances, he has substantially complying with the condition. I am satisfied. Petition allowed. Condition relaxed in toto.
