Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register an FIR against the named persons and their henchmen on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 09.08.2016 and consequently give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members to enter into the petitioner's house.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register an FIR against the persons named in the complaint dated 09.08.2016 given by the petitioner and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 16.08.2016, the respondentPolice have registered a case in Crime No.749 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 352 and 506(ii) IPC against Subramanian, Dr.Suganthi and Dr.Sivaranjani, and the investigation is pending.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police is holding the patta, passport and residential proof of the petitioner for the beat constable to make periodical visits in order to ensure that there is no aggression.
