Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 4th respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2021 for stolen all the original certificates of the petitioner and to proceed with according to law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction, to direct 4th respondent to register the petitioner's complaint.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner gave a complaint on 16.12.2019 and on various dates. Since no action taken, she has made several complaints to the respondents. But, no action has been taken, so far. Hence, the present petition.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2019, CSR No.4 of 2020 came to be assigned on 11.01.2020, an enquiry was conducted and closed and laptop of the petitioner, which was found in the street was recovered and handed over to the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that now, her original certificates are found missing. However, the petitioner has not given the list and the details of the certificates. Only after furnishing the details of the certificate, non -traceable certificate can be given enabling the petitioner to apply for a duplicate and certified copy of the certificates. The contention of the petitioner, that she is residing in a private temple, namely , Karumariammal Koil Temple, is not true. On 27.01.2020, the petitioner and the counter complainant Sumathy and Baskaran were called for enquiry and thereafter, the same was closed .

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she was not aware about the closure of the CSR No.4 of 2020, and no report was furnished to her.

5. Considering the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The 4th respondent is directed to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling the petitioner to take appropriate action in the manner known to law, further facilitating the petitioner to apply for duplicate/certified copy of her certificate.
