2. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to be appointed as a Principal Incharge of Sri Vasavi College, Erode. In order to claim the position of Principal Incharge, he gave a representation on 07.05.2024. Since the said representation is pending, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents, submits that the petitioner is 8th in Rank and he is not even in the zone of consideration.

4. Be that as it may, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner after getting representations from all those who are interested and dispose of the same within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
