This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorari Manadamus to call for the entire records relating to

dismissal order of petitioner with the proceedings of the 2nd respondent's order Na.Ka. 290/2016 dated 06.07.2016, as well as 3rd respondent's Letter Na.Ka. No.025/ 2014/R.V(a) dated 02.06.2014 and quash the same, consequently direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in pursuant of 2nd respondent's Letter No.Na.Ka.935/ 2015/A1 dated 07.12.2015 with continuity of service, all other attendant benefits and full back wages. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to quash the entire records relating to dismissal order of petitioner with the proceedings of the 2nd respondent order Na.Ka. 290/2016 dated 06.07.2016, as well as 3rd respondent's Letter Na.Ka. No.025/ 2014/R.V(a) dated 02.06.2014 and for consequential direction to the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in pursuant of 2nd respondent's Letter No.Na.Ka.935/ 2015/A1 dated 07.12.2015 with continuity of service, all other attendant benefits and full back wages.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submits that the petitioner herein was already reinstated in Shop No.1859, Ramapattinam Village Pachayat, Pollachi Taluk.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. K.SURENDER, J.
