ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction, to direct 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.07.2021.

2. According to the petitioner, he has lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent on 05.07.2021 against Karuppiah and others. But, no action has been taken on the same, so far. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 05.07.2021, CSR No.107 of 2021 has been assigned on 12.07.2021. Both the petitioner/defacto-complainant and the said Karuppiah were called for enquiry. During enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties are civil in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

nature and hence, the complaint has been closed as Civil in nature.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not aware about the closure of the enquiry and no report was furnished to him.

5. Considering the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish thel copy of the closure report to the petitioner and the petitioner has agitate the same in the manner known to law, if he feels so.
