O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner during November 2015, wherein the petitioner is challenging the issuance of patta by the Tahsildar in favour of the 2nd respondent.

2. Mr.G. Rajesh, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the representation/appeal made by the petitioner has been taken on file and the 1st respondent will issue notice to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and will conduct enquiry and pass orders within the time fixed by this Court. The learned counsel submitted that the parties can be present for the enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has acted upon the appeal filed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to call for an enquiry of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and shall pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
