ORDER

This writ petition was filed to restrain the respondents 3 and 5 from laying the road on the petitioner's patta land.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner is in enjoyment and possession of the subject property, situated in S.Nos. 1205/4, 1205/6 and 1205/55, Pillanji Village, Sholinghur Taluk, Ranipet District. Under these circumstances, the respondent is unnecessarily interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner without following due process of law.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent had assured before this Court that the respondents will not make any attempt to lay any road in the subject land without following due process of law.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. The submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents is recorded. The respondents are directed not to lay any road in the subject land without following due process of law.
